"James Eaton presents a handy guide to losing weight and staying healthy while doing it. In seven short chapters, the author describes the history of bodybuilding, lists the benefits of the sport and of a healthy diet, shows helpful techniques to focus on while exercising, and highlights tips and tricks of the sport to have a ripped body.
I give this book 4 out of 4 stars, because it is a great resource for someone who wants to lose weight and have a great-looking body. I liked Eaton’s tone, which was informational and clear, and the various bodybuilding techniques which were easy to follow. These are designed for beginners and advanced bodybuilders alike, and target both men and women. The e-book is interspersed with high-quality photographs throughout that highlight different workout positions and healthy food options. The book is short enough to be read in one afternoon and provides a good overview of the sport."

"I loved this book. It is filled with fantasy, intrigue and a slice of wonderful Hungarian History. Author Erika M Szabo takes us back in time to the beginning of a horrid family curse. She expertly weaves this story through both today's timeline and that of yesterday's and brings us out on the other side with an amazing ending. I would highly recommend this book to anyone who loves a wonderful fantasy adventure." ~Cathy Collar
A young maiden is forced to leave her family to meet the man she’s belonged to since she was three—the man whose blood flows through her veins. In the midst of the maidens, the king’s warriors are released, each forced to find his chosen mate by her scent, resulting in a half-mad frenzy that heightens already aroused animalistic needs. The whole ordeal is terrifying, especially when the maiden realizes she’s been marked with the blood of her enemy. A mistake must have been made. Surely fate would not force her to dance for a lifetime in the arms of her enemy. And if it did, would his blood flowing through her veins be enough to unite their hearts?
“There are books that touch you so deep, make you dizzy with emotion, and stay with you long after you've read the last word to the point that you can't seem to get it out of your head. Dance with the Enemy is one of those books!!!” ~Author and Reader M.M. Roethig
Coloring activity book
Children love to listen to stories as much as they love to tell them. This coloring book encourages children to use their imagination and write their own stories while they’re coloring the pictures. The idea of this book originated from watching my daughter when she was little. She loved to draw and color and she made up quite interesting tales about the bunnies, kittens, and princesses in the pictures.
When the children finish coloring the pictures and writing their stories, the book will become a precious keepsake for parents.

"What a great story. I read this book to my niece she is two years old. She would not let me put it down until I read the whole book to her. Ellie loved the illustrations and so did I. I give this book 5 stars."

Look, I Can Talk With My Fingers! by: Erika M Szabo was a fun and fast read! I plan to read another one of Ms. Szabo’s books tomorrow.
I learned how to say mouse in sign language and many other words. I really liked this book, especially the mouse.
Grandma Rosa was sweet. Even though she was hearing impaired, she overcame that with the help of doctors and her granddaughter, Sandra.
Sandra helped her grandma a lot. She looked up online how to sign. So, when her grandma couldn’t hear her words, she could see them! She was excited to learn how to say words with her hands. Her parents learned too and made it fun and easier to talk to grandma.
Sandra also made friends with a little boy on the playground who was deaf. When her friends made fun of him, she went over and talked/signed to him. That’s when she learned his name was Thomas. We need more friends like Sandra! After she introduced him to her friends, they liked him too.
Someone who is different is not stupid or scary. They’re just different. All of us are different and that’s what makes us interesting!

Picture book for 2-6 years old children
Terry and the number fairy: Great colors, interesting images - lot's to see - will draw children in. Lots of empathy - and an alternative learning method - dream learning - which is in fact a technique used through the ages. I like the fact that the reader and parent can see the dream - and each number has an image associated with it. I believe the well placed “mistake” is clever, and again prompts interaction between the reader and child. I also like the fact that most of the faces in the book ( whether animals or children playing) "speak" to the reader - so in essence - well constructed - bright lively images - empathy and interest to the reader and pupil - no negatives - well done!

What a great concept to help ease the fears little kids have...
"My 5 yr. old son loves this book! We have many, many books from which to choose and since we got THERE'S A ZOMBIE IN THE BASEMENT..., he's chosen to hear it before bedtime on several occasions. It's also helped him process those scary feelings he gets of monsters in the closet and 'bad guys' lurking in the dark corner of his room. What a great concept to help ease the fears little kids have about things that go bump in the night."

When your Monster won't go to bed
"I got this book for my two year old on the Kickstarter launch. I was super excited to be one of the first one's to get it. What incredible reactions I got from my son as we read the poetic verses and talked about all the cool seemingly scary monsters in the colorful book. It is so wonderfully illustrated and the story has a great ending. As a kid I can imagine how entertaining the story is, but as a parent you just feel for the couple in the story trying to get their little monster to bed. If you do not have this book, you need to buy it and add it to your collection of the best childrens books around."

"This book belongs firmly in the female fantasy genre. Writing is an art form, just the same as painting, sculpture, moviemaking, interior design etc, but to qualify as an artform a certain minimum standard of competency to provide sufficient aesthetic appeal is required. This book is well above any minimum standard. In fact if we were talking about an artform at the top of the artistic scale in the female fantasy genre, we would be describing a book like Ominous Love.
The essential elements are all in place---a girl on her own, disillusioned with the available male company, with an normal desire for love and passion. Her parents away, alone in her house, by the sea. Scary storms which change into days of sunshine in an idyllic seaside setting. Ideal. Perfect. Lights. Camera. Action.................
Now, anyone can be technically competent when it comes to setting up a scene. It's what happens next that really matters. How the action unfolds. Feelings. Emotions. Desire. The inner cry of longing from a young girl's soul seeking joy and fulfilment. It's natural. It's what young girls were made for. It's their right to expect it---what they should indeed receive if not for the face of cold, hard reality that constantly gets in the way. A job. Making a living. Studies. Responsibilities. Demands. Duties----all the stony eyed killers of everything that makes young hearts flutter with the anticipation of ecstasy. So Ominous Love is escapism, and healthy escapism is what the best kind of fantasy is all about.
A Guardian Angel washed up on a beach, discovered by Eloise (Elle), the main character in the story. The doomed love between them, it cannot be consummated as that would render the Guardian Angel (called Nathaniel) human. A rogue angel (called Devlin) who is attractive to the fairer sex because he is emotional and unpredictable and carries the whiff of danger about himself. Devlin, however, is now human, very rich, and living in a castle surrounded by snowy peaked mountains. Why is the fairer sex attracted to guys who will be mean to them, let them down, do whatever they want and take whatever they want, and be completely selfish, daring and unscrupulous? Who knows? I don't. Maybe it is because such rogues are never boring. They are single-minded and determined, prepared to go to any lengths to get what they want.... Oh, I still don't know, I'm only guessing. All I can say is that you will find Devlin to be such a character. And you will find Nathaniel, his alter ego, a thoroughly decent guy, along with a full supporting cast of all Elle's friends. And you will be thoroughly to titillated, entertained, and enthralled by the feats of imagination performed by this author in bringing these characters to life for your enjoyment. By the way, a Guardian Angel's method of warning you of imminent danger is to zap you with an invisible bolt of electricity. And my Kindle slipped from my fingers as I collapsed with laughter when, in a moment of comic relief provided by the author to defuse the build-up of high tension, Tom grabs Devlin's shorts and pulls them over naked Nathaniel's head! Very expertly done!"

Grasps hold of your senses!
"Resilient Daniella Reyes—Dani—distinguishes no limitations. It is essential that she make a life changing sacrifice in order to save the school kids, her dad's inner spirit as well as her own life. The concealed world of New Mexico has come alive to her, and is changing her life while she gradually learns the mysteries of an influential, olden-day cult. She is a new teacher at a new school and intuitive to sensing if a child has been abused. When crows began tagging along with her, literally all over the place, she becomes terrified and aware something terrible is taking place. Author, Lorraine Carey, weaves a tale of suspense and mystery that will have you quickly turning each page anticipating what will transpire next. ‘The Good Teacher’ the 3rd book I have read by this author is laden with mystical, paranormal fantasy meant to grasp hold of your senses and at times have your heart racing. Hand claps to another intriguing mystery!"

"Ever wondered what would happen if your boring life turned into a horror show overnight?
That's what happens to Lizzie when she wakes up to find that her step mother and father have come down with a mysterious illness that causes them to attack her. She takes care of it and is horrified to find out that this is happening more and more all over town but is being kept quiet.
Terrified that she may face murder charges, Lizzie tries to keep it together for her younger sister and finds that she is not as alone as she thinks.
I loved this book, it was written well and I could tell that it was well thought out. It was unlike any other zombie tale I've read and I thoroughly enjoyed it."

"Poor Freya, the frill-necked lizard, is so frazzled by the heat, the spooky shadows, and the terrifying (but imaginary) monsters, that she’s too scared to play with her friends. Children’s author, Sandra Bennett has tucked a lot of little lessons into this delightful rhyming story. Illustrator, Dianna Budd has done an outstanding job with her color palette choices. The reds, yellows, oranges, and browns help the reader get a sense of the hot, dry, dusty Australian outback that Freya is feeling. In addition to experiencing the Australian environment, kids meet some of the creatures that live in the outback, and they learn along with Freya, that sometimes, stepping out of your “comfort zone,” will help you overcome fears. Ms. Bennett, who is from Australia, has added extra enrichment pages at the end of the book. Kids will learn more facts about each of the REAL creatures found among the pages of this charming book. I learned a lot too!! I was given a copy of this book for my honest review. I believe it deserves 5-sunny."

"I was gifted Katie McCory and the Dagger of Truth and was delighted to say this was one novel punched up with what young readers love but offers good clean reading that is the kind of literature educators and parents are calling for. Cathy Collar knows the elements it takes to create a great fantasy tale. Here Katy and her brother Billy are lured into a secret portal to a different realm where they and their friends come to find out they are there for a mission to stop an evil queen and her son from taking over in a mystical land of the Fey. Imagine being awarded magical weapons to help fend off trolls, bad fairies giants, and demons,as they become locked by fate in a war of the fairy tribes.Young readers will be totally engaged in this one where magic lurks around every corner. What girl wouldn’t love to have a magical sword that can protect her in this realm and a magical cloak can transform a boy into any creature? Katie, Billy and her friends find out a shocking secret as to why they were chosen and it will leave you surprised. I recommend this story highly as it is a wonderful read for middle grades to young adult and even adults! Make sure to order this one for that special young person in your life!"

"These four books are a MUST read. They are compelling, exciting, thought provoking, and very hard to put down. I didn't want to see the series end!
Emily is a country girl, very shy and a loner to begin with and then her character develops into a strong, self assured, woman of faith. Stani is remarkable from the beginning..his talent doesn't describe him...he is brought to life by Emily, allowed to open up and become the man he really is inside.
Their story is truly endless, and the reader feels like a part of the scenery..a cast member, if you will. Their story is expertly woven into the stages of their complicated lifestyle with twists and turns all through the books that are unexpected surprises.
I bought all four books at once, and enjoyed every single one immensely. Ending one book, and moving to the next is seamless, and very little repetition of the former books.
Karen Welch is now added to my list of favorite authors..I will definately watch for more from her. She is a fine writer, very capable, well researched in content, and builds her characters into real people. Well Done! I have placed the entire series in my archive and will read them again, as well as recommend them to everyone."

Destiny is another great continuation story with Jessie. I have come to worry about her and how her life is progressing. Jessie is a wonderful character to enjoy. She is many things but especially courageous. It is a joy to be on a journey with her.
In this installment Jessie gets a job. She first helps with teaching art at a gallery. I am extremely disappointed in the gallery owner. She was unfair with Jessie more than once. Jessie's life is difficult enough. She does not need an employer who refuses to believe in her.
After the difficult gallery experience, Jesse gets a job as a candy striper at the hospital where her uncle works.
It is a huge commitment on her part. She is a bit anxious about the job but she begins with a good attitude. Jessie finds things at the hospital are difficult as she is consistently misjudged as well as misunderstood.
During this time, Jessie is working toward getting her black belt. It is extremely hard work. Ethan coaches her the whole way. I cheered for Jessie when she finally achieved the black belt.
Jessie also deals with losing all hearing in one of her ears. While we may not understand, it is a huge thing for her.
At one point, Ethan gives her an iPod for her birthday. It seems like a thoughtful gift but Jessie struggles with how to use it.
As always, Jessie has her guardians. I love their input, their love for her.
Again, this is a great series to teach about disabilities and bullying. I think the book especially appeals to young adults. Destiny is a perfect book for a book club.

"As a reader, I do not choose paranormal, especially not vampire subjects. But I was assigned this book for a review and what was reluctance in the beginning turned into amazement and thankfulness for a captivating reading experience. The story of Kate and Miles was perfection in every scene. His continued connection to her through the centuries, his heart loves deeply and his sacrifices are selfless. The storyline is so complicated, many threads coiled together, that it is difficult to summarize without revealing too much. I can only urge other readers that love an amazing love story you will not regret Rose of Crimson!"
